WP5 Ecosystem building
Objectives
Main objectives of WP5 are listed below. They are related to dissemination, education, and exploitation. In addition, a specific task will be dedicated to various survey activities to map available expertise and requested needs from partners and more generally electronic ecosystem to provide them with an optimal support for and from the tasks activities. Another task will be dedicated to standards and regulations state of the art and recommendations.- Task 5.1 main objectives are to develop a clear view of the ecosystem offers and demand with respect to eco-design/circularity/waste management in electronics. The mapping will help identifying and specifying the actions to be carried out in the following tasks. A number of surveys will be carried out over the project duration to identify progress.
- Task 5.2 objectives are related to education toward students and professionals. Our objectives are to develop a summer school and ma MOOC at European level, possibly replicated at country level. Also specific and up to date education and training materials will be made available to the community. A specific mapping with offers and needs in terms of education will be developed as well.
- Task 5.3 is dedicated to dissemination activities. The objectives are to promote project outputs (results from WP2/3/4/5). Main objectives are to develop and operate several channels to disseminate EECONE outputs and related information (website, webinars, video, publications, networking events such as workshops).
- Task 5.4 is dedicated to EECONE output exploitation strategy with the objective to maximise the valorisation of the produced results.
- Task 5.5 is dedicated to standards and regulations. The objective is to create a task force that will draw a clear and shared view of the regulation landscape in Europe (including focuses at country levels and larger view at world level). A second objective will be to derive and promote recommendation for future standards and regulations, based on the activities and expertise coming out of the project.
Description of work
WP5 is dedicated to ecosystem building through surveys, education, dissemination, exploitation, and standardisation. This large spectrum of activities is organized into five connected tasks linked to the project s other work packages. The schematic below is tentative, trying to sketch identified and fruitful interactions among tasks and work packages.
Interaction of WP5 Tasks with the other work packages, with the electronic community and with the decision makers.
WP5 is in close collaboration with all other WPs and all partners, with main objective to compile and disseminate all results and outputs from the project through several activities (events, workshop, conferences, publications, courses, MOOC, website). For this purpose, all partners will be active in WP5, preparing content and submitting results, connecting with other initiatives... Some partners are specifically involved in the Tasks to carry on dedicated activities, such as doing surveys, building courses, organising events, developing web site and webinars etc...
Paragraphs below describe the main activities to be carried out in each task of WP5. It includes the list of partners involved in each task and the task force dedicated by each of them.
