Subtask 4.3.2 Algorithm support for second life-for-electronics

- Appropriate cognitive management algorithms (high-level design architecture, data aggregation, computational analysis, decisions, actions, evaluation) (SSOL).
- Develop an LCA driven algorithm to determine the refresh and repurpose of data centre ICT equipment, servers (RISE), storage (SVS), as deployed (ECODC). This will support UC-7 in providing an informed process of refreshing data centre ICT hardware. Subtask 4.3.2 will be reported in deliverable D4.5
- Support for the second life of electronics through algorithms (PHM monitoring and lifetime increase), IFAG.
