Subtask 5.3.3 Virtual dissemination (website, webinars, video)

Partners involved in Task 5.3 will take charge of the EECONE website development to create a working hub for circular electronics information sharing. The website will be developed with a WordPress or a low-tech framework (to reduce project footprint). This easy and plug-and-play website builder is exceptionally well suited to facilitate project partners participation. Each contributor can have its login and dedicated contribution area. In addition, to introduce the EECONE project, the ambition is to develop content to understand better why, how, and when electronics is moving toward circularity. Also, the website will host key contributions and critical results over the project, including contents for education, and highlights of existing opportunities for eco-design and e-waste reduction. In addition, the EECONE website will promote the contribution of project partners and highlight their eco-design and e-waste related achievements. INP-GRE, CNRS, UGA will be in charge of collecting the contents from partners. The implementation will be under the shared responsibility of D&R and INP-GRE, CNRS, UGA.
It is also forecasted to develop a set of webinars to present EECONE project ambition, main activities, and results. Partners will be encouraged to participate in the webinar by submitting contributions on project results. Afterward, the webinars will be made available in podcasts through the website or on a video channel.
It is expected to carry on 2 webinars per year following the proposed contents: -Why circular electronics?
-The objectives of EECONE project, toward the 6R scenario
-Key contributions from EECONE project
-Education in circular electronics
-Key deliverables from EECONE project -Perspectives in circular electronics
-Perspectives in circular electronics
Early in the project, a promotional movie will be realised to promote the purpose of the project, its ambition and objectives. All partners will be listed. Several of them will be interviewed to describe their role in the project and its expected outputs. The video scenario will be prepared in advance and interviews will take place during the first or latest the second consortium meeting in F2F, with the help of professionals. The video will last 3 to 4 min max, it will outline the project funding supporters. INP- GRE,CNRS, UGA will be in charge of that activity, in close collaboration with the other partners of the project. See the example below creature for another European project : https://europractice-ic.com/about/who-we- are/ All the above dissemination activities will be reported in two deliverables at T0+18 and T0+36 (D5.6 and D5.7).
